Dancing has been a part of my life since I was 2. I had an issue with my right foot not growing correctly and the doctor suggested my mom put me in dance. My foot improved 100% and I've been dancing ever since!
I love ALL styles of dance and I'll look for any excuse to do it. My plate is pretty full with kids, job, social media, and renovations but it's important to make
time for whatever brings us joy!
Why dance? Other than it being SO FUN, dancing improves your flexibility, strength and endurance and can even help save your brain! It helps reduce stress, helps fight dementia, increases energy, improves muscle tone and coordination. Do what you love!
Now go put on some music and shake it!
